The enclosed arena keeps the ball in play, creating nonstop action where players are challenged to attack, defend, transition quickly, and showcase their creativity and skills.

❋ Fast-Paced PlayWith only 3 players on each team, every player is constantly involved in the game. More touches mean more opportunities to improve ball control, passing, dribbling, receiving, and finishing under pressure.

Official Tournament RulesTournament FormatTeams consist of 3 players on the field with up to 3 substitutes (maximum roster of 6 players).Each team is guaranteed 5 games.Games are played on the Golaco 3x3 Arena, designed to keep the ball in play longer, creating more touches, quicker decisions, and nonstop action.
Match DurationEach game is 15 minutes with no halftime.There are no stoppages except for injuries or at the referee's discretion.
Game StartAll players begin by touching their own goal.On the referee's whistle, both teams race to the ball placed at midfield to start play.
Ball Out of PlayIf the ball leaves the arena, play restarts with a kick-in from the point where the ball went out.Opponents must give approximately 5 feet of space before play restarts.
After a GoalAfter scoring, the scoring team must immediately retreat and touch their own goal before defending again.The team conceding the goal may restart play immediately without waiting for the referee, creating fast transitions and attacking opportunities.
Free Kicks & FoulsAll fouls and handballs result in an indirect free kick (the ball must be passed sideways or backward before a shot can be taken).Dangerous tackles, pushing, charging, or unsporting behavior will be penalized at the referee's discretion.
Goal Scoring RulesPlayers may not score from inside their own half.Players are not permitted to stand or camp within 3 feet of their own goal unless actively defending a play.
Denial of an Obvious GoalIf a deliberate handball or obvious foul clearly prevents a goal, the referee may award the goal.This decision is entirely at the referee's discretion.
SubstitutionsSubstitutions are unlimited and may occur at any time during play.Players must enter and exit through the designated substitution area.The entering player may not step onto the field until the exiting player has completely left the playing area.
SportsmanshipRespect for teammates, opponents, referees, coaches, and spectators is expected at all times.Unsporting behavior may result in warnings, time penalties, or dismissal from the tournament.
Sin BinSerious fouls or repeated misconduct may result in a 3-minute Sin Bin.The player's team will play short-handed until the penalty expires and the referee authorizes the player's return.
Red CardsViolent conduct, abusive language, fighting, or serious foul play may result in a Red Card.A player receiving a Red Card is ejected from the match and will serve a minimum one-game suspension, with additional discipline at the tournament director's discretion.
Referee DecisionsAll referee decisions are final.Tournament directors reserve the right to interpret and enforce all rules to ensure fair play, player safety, and the spirit of the competition.
